"I use this service all the time. Jon helps me keep my computer upgraded and operational. Whether I need help speeding up my computer, updating my software, adding new features or understanding old ones, connecting to printers, scanners, hard drives or anything else, Jon has provided expert service. He usually connects remotely and takes care of all my questions and fixes all my issues. He's even purchased new computers for me, loading all the needed software, transferring all the old to the new and having it delivered to my home.
